Alex Ferreira es un cantautor y productor de pop/rock dominicano.
Influenciado por el britpop de los 90, el folk de los 60, el rock argentino, los boleros y la trova cubana, comenzó a tocar la guitarra y escribir canciones a los 16 años.
Ha sido nominado por los Latin Grammys como “Mejor Nuevo Artista” (2018) y “Mejor Álbum Cantautor” por su más reciente disco “En Lo Que Llega La Primavera” (2022).
Se estará presentando en concierto para un show íntimo en el TGA el 27 de octubre.

Silvio Rodríguez y su repertorio musical es reconocido en todo el mundo por ser uno de los cantautores de mayor renombre. Superando las diferencias generacionales, prevalece con gran relevancia teniendo un público amplio en cuanto a edades y aspectos culturales.
Delio es un cantautor de Medellín, Colombia con más de 10 años de trayectoria. Su carrera lo ha llevado a realizar más de 9 fechas sold out de su homenaje a Silvio Rodríguez en teatros y cafés de Medellín, además de una fecha en nuestro teatro en la Ciudad de Panamá.

About the PLAY
M. Butterfly tells the story of a French diplomat posted in China, Rene Gallimard, who is brought to ruin and, eventually, convicted for espionage, after a twenty-year affair with a Beijing Opera diva; who is in reality a spy; who passes information to the Chinese government, using Gallimard’s own fantasies of submissive oriental femininity to deceive and manipulate him.
Loosely based on the real-life relationship between French diplomat Bernard Boursicot and male Peking opera singer Shi Pei Pu, David Henry Hwang’s award-winning drama also draws inspiration from Puccini’s opera, Madama Butterfly.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Scenic Artists (Singers, Actors, Musicians, Puppeteers, Dancers, Lip Sync performers, etc) who are able to donate their talents to help our non-profit foundation get funds for our 2024 building repairs and productions.
Rehearsals starts at the end of October (schedule will depend on the cast’s availability). Show nights: DECEMBER 14,15,16 – 8PM

-Go to the AUDITION FORM or add your artistic CV there.
-Select a routine to perform(1 to 3 minutes).Could be a song (showtune, christmas carol or other), a monologue (not obligatory to be memorized), a comedy or dance routine.

SINOPSIS
La Noche Roja es una obra de teatro inspirada en literatura gótica y narraciones panameñas.
Martes 16 de julio, 1935. Desde el cielo, un místico eclipse de luna llena tiñe de rojo el trópico panameño. En la tierra, diferentes historias convergen en la zona canalera, donde despierta la leyenda de una criatura sangrienta que ronda la selva. Bajo su mortal acecho, antiguos secretos y placeres oscuros florecen en la penumbra. Antes de que acabe el día, la muerte habrá reclamado nuevos huéspedes en su morada.

La Noche Roja es una obra de teatro inspirada en literatura gótica y narraciones panameñas.
SINOPSIS:
Martes 16 de julio, 1935. Desde el cielo, un místico eclipse de luna llena tiñe de rojo el trópico panameño. En la tierra, diferentes historias convergen en la zona canalera, donde despierta la leyenda de una criatura sangrienta que ronda la selva. Bajo su mortal acecho, antiguos secretos y placeres oscuros florecen en la penumbra.
Antes que se acabe el día, la muerte habrá reclamado nuevos huéspedes en su morada.
ENTORNO:
La obra se desarrolla en un pueblo olvidado en la zona canalera de Panamá y en la selva que lo rodea.
PERSONAJES:
Gracia (20s-30s) – Determinada y liberal, se atreve a realizar un viaje peligroso para cerrar una vieja herida.
Esilda (30s-50s) – Estricta, devota a las enseñanzas de la Iglesia, busca la redención.
Toño (20s-30s) – Lujurioso, manipulador y sarcástico, busca aprovecahr cada momento al máximo.
Rachel (20s-50s) – Zoneíta adinerada, carismática y controladora, a la espera del momento más importante de su vida. (La actriz que interprete este personaje debe poder hablar inglés sin acentos y de manera fluída.)
John (20s-40s) – Panameño que vive y se comporta como zoneita, en plena crisis de consciencia.
La Criatura (20s-30s): Monstruo que ronda la selva durante el eclipse de luna roja. (El actor o la actriz que interprete este personaje no tendrá diálogos, pero se comunicará a través de sonidos).
PROCEDIMIENTO PARA AUDICIONAR:

«Luna Park» es una obra de teatro basada en hechos reales, contada por medio de canciones, baile y diálogos llenos de ironía y humor, en la cual la fantasía refleja la injusticia que vive la sociedad. Es una historia que hace pensar riendo, que invita a armar el rompecabezas de los siete lunáticos que se reúnen a diario en la plaza de la Catedral.
Un loco se sintoniza a diario con las vibraciones del espacio, una novicia ultrajada asegura ser la República de Panamá, su novio es un guardia de seguridad con tendencias neo-nazis, un gigoló tiene crisis de fe y su rica enamorada le dobla la edad, una manicurista quiere volverse Scarlett Johansson en Disney World y su amiga enfermera reparte drogas y caramelos a todo el barrio.
Estos son los miembros de Luna Park, un club que abre de 7 de la mañana hasta la medianoche, antes de que lleguen los encapuchados.

La visión de la directora Arelly Ginela Valderrama es un teatro donde el espectador sienta que está espiando la vida de personas reales, vivas, en un día especial.
El Alma También fue escrita por la dramaturga argentina Teresita Galimany y cuenta la historia de dos hermanas que, después de 20 años distanciadas, se reencuentran a razón de la muerte de su madre.
Sacando a la luz secretos guardados, verdades, emociones, recuerdos, anécdotas y deseos de una nueva hermandad, encontrarán el camino a la aceptación reconciliadora.
Las actuaciones de Natalia Beluche y Diana Mellado -ambas Licenciadas en Teatro y profesionales- nos permiten apreciar la calidez, veracidad y rango de emociones conmovedoras que hacen de El Alma También una pieza digna de los amantes del buen teatro y el arte de contenido.
Con una puesta en escena a servicio de la historia y la profundidad de la obra, Arell conjuga elementos lumínicos, musicales potenciando un texto liviano, inteligente, que alcanza ser a la vez melancólico y cómico, muy parecido a la vida misma.
