Love Letters is a two-hander about two lifelong friends and the letters they exchange. Andrew and Melissa, both born into wealth and position, begin their correspondence in childhood with birthday party thank-you notes. Their letters continue through their boarding school and college years while they are romantically attached and later through their individual marriages and careers.

BANG BANG

Directed by Jota Mon Calderon, BANG BANG returned to the T.G.A.
as the first guild production of this 76th season! This time presented in English and Spanish from Apr. 23 to May 17.

’Twas a Nightmare Before the Last Show — A beginner’s guide to stage management (and how to survive it!), was a workshop that was part of the Guild’s educational program, created to explore what truly happens behind the scenes: organization in the middle of chaos, clear communication, and the invisible work that holds every show together.

En el taller: Diseño Gráfico para Teatro, conversamos sobre cómo nace la línea gráfica de una obra de teatro: desde la conceptualización de una idea hasta los primeros bosquejos que luego se convierten en un afiches.

Through games, theatre exercises, and plenty of playful risk-taking, participants explored the fundamentals of improvisation while discovering the power of collaboration, active listening, and being fully present in the moment at the Improv Comedy 101 Workshop.

Join us on our monthly COLD READS, a space to read a play in community as if it were a first rehearsal. So far we've read Shakespeare's The taming of the Shrew, then David Mamet's Duck Variations.
