’Twas a Nightmare Before the Last Show — A beginner’s guide to stage management (and how to survive it!), was a workshop that was part of the Guild’s educational program, created to explore what truly happens behind the scenes: organization in the middle of chaos, clear communication, and the invisible work that holds every show together.

Through games, theatre exercises, and plenty of playful risk-taking, participants explored the fundamentals of improvisation while discovering the power of collaboration, active listening, and being fully present in the moment at the Improv Comedy 101 Workshop.
